Kitchen & Laundry - electrical works

We're in the middle of some kitchen and laundry renovations so are after the following electrical works: 1) Oven to be connected: we have a new Bosch oven with a cable that plugs into the oven then has 3 wires for connection to the wall plug. We have an existing thin/low profile plug assembly for the old oven behind the dishwasher so would like to use this (or similar low profile setup) if possible to avoid pushing the dishwasher out. 2) Induction hobs to be connected. This has been pre-wired though I note the induction hobs have a 5 wire plug vs 3 wire for the pre-wire setup. 3) Existing socket in wall to be replaced with vertical socket & to be recessed (to allow digital photo frame to be mounted on wall and connected to plug 4) Existing single socket plug beneath kitchen bench to be replaced with double socket. 5) New recessed double socket to be installed behind washer/dryer including wiring. 6) The garage has lost power so wanting to investigate and if possible fix the issue. The oven/induction hob connection is fairly urgent as we have nothing to cook with at present
