Concreting - Front of the house and Patios.

Need work done for a new build in Lake Hawea. Plan of the work attached - also ideas are welcomed. This is Home and Income so 2 dwellings (1 house). It will be a rental, so something practical and cheap will be great. If you also do landscaping (grass/shrubs) - pls let me know as I need this to be done also. Thanks!
