Home clean - vacated property (kitchen and full bathroom clean not required).

This property requires a few items of cleaning to bring it up to standard for our new tenants moving in on Friday 26th April. To be completed prior to this. (2 bedroom small flat) - walls cleaned of mould and marks including light switches and door handles (all rooms) - light shades cleaned of fly spots and dust (all rooms ) - Windows & window sills cleaned of mould in all rooms - extractor fans cleaned (kitchen & Bathroom). - vacuum all rooms and mop kitchen and bathroom. - deodorising spray/product (cigarette smell lingering) - shower cleaned of soap scum and calcification - front door and back door tracks cleaned and dust removed.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work - there was a bit of miscommunication and the cost went over - however the work done reflected the price.
