Deck rebuild

To remove existing decking, balustrade, pergola and garden plants in front of deck and dispose of. To supply and install sill flashings with matching 'Hardie' rusticated weatherboard under both sliding doors. To supply and install a new 'Kwila' 90mm x 19mm timber deck at 950mm high, 5.3m long and 3.0m wide. To supply and install steps leading down the front face of decking to the lawn and at one side leading to the existing concrete path.
