restoration and flashing replacements

I have an old villa/bungalow in Remuera which is currently undergoing a big paint-job. The windows (two) at the front of the house (+ one up high) have shutters that are permanently held open. Two of them fell off the house as they were rotten, the others appear to be in good nick. I need some assistance in restoring them so they can be painted and put back onto the windows. Also the flashings above the windows need to be replaced. There is an urgency to this job as the painters are here already !
