We have a list of repairs required to be able to obtain a code of compliance for a 1995 hardiplank house with alumnium windows. These include but are not limited to: 1. scribers required to all joinery and garage door facings 2. all holes at weatherboard scotia junction to be made weathertight 3. flashings over sliding doors have no cover - to be made weathertight 4. flashing required to meter box 5.window bottom corner requires repair both silicone butt joint and aluminium 6. seal all penetrations to cladding... Council report and builders report available on request.
