Build on to lounge

We have an old bungalow type home. There is a study off the lounge which is an old deck, the ceiling has been lowered and you step down to it. I want the walls removed from the study to extend the lounge out and the ceiling and floor raised. It is approx 4mtrs x 7mtres. Would need a high stud from the lounge area and the floor in the study would need to be replaced and raised approx 10cms
