Job description
Remove load bearing wall and install beam according to building consent. Insulate walls and install new plasterboard ceilings and walls in kitchen/dining room. Gib Treble cove. Install new back door. Install new kitchen cabinetry (Mitre 10). Scope excludes: electrical, plumbing, plastering, painting, floor sanding.

Kiel and his apprentice did a fantastic job. I was impressed by Kiel not taking short cuts and his finishing workmanship. He provided a fair price for the work and exceeded expectations around quality. Communication was excellent throughout the project and I knew exactly what was happening with variations. No surprises. Kiel is definitely worth engaging on your next building project. I'm looking forward to working with Kiel again on my next building project.
