Deck Build - 3x5m with 3x3m Cover
Job description
We would like an experienced professional to build a 3x5m wooden deck attached to our house with a 3x3m clear roof (such as Suntuf SunGlaze). We would like the roofing frame to be metal, not wooden. The deck will be ground level covering a small existing patio. The land is mostly flat with a very subtle slope. We are open to your professional opinion of the type of wood to use for the deck.

Impressive work! Fred not only designed and built the deck but also coordinated and oversaw the pergola installation with a team. The craftsmanship on both projects is excellent. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he maintained clear communication throughout. Completed in less than 2 weeks and as quoted. Professional and efficient throughout the process.
