House extension/alteration

My wife and I are currently looking to make a small extension and some interior alterations to our home in Preston's subdivision, Marshland. I am currently drawing up the changes we would like to make and was looking to get a rough estimate as to what the cost of having these drawings turned into something council ready would be? I have all the council plans from the original build for reference. The extension would be roughly 15m2 and would require a decent amount of work to the existing roof and a beam approximately 5m would be need inside in place of a load bearing wall. Thanks a lot, Reece
