Converting garage back room into an office space

Want to convert a back room at the back of a double garage to a comfortable office space. Current room has: - Double glazed windows - Carpet tiles on concrete floor - Plasterboard walls against cinderblocks - Plasterboard dropped ceiling with thin insulation - Runs on a separate switch board housed in the garage. Looking to do the following: - Frame and insulate walls (maybe ceiling too) - Install and insulate floor on top of the concrete - Install a heat pump/air conditioning - Install more electrical outlets - Install ethernet port that connects to the main house Room dimensions are approximately 220W x 580L x 280H (cm). The ceiling curves down slightly at each end to fit up against the roof, but the construction all around is a little wonky.
