Gut bathroom and re-gib walls

Hi I want the bathroom gutted and then the walls re-gibbed and thats it. Left and right wall is 2.62 long and 2.2 high and end and entrance walls are 1.9W and 2.2 High. There is easy flat access through the garage so a skip or bin can be left on the front lawn and it is flat access to carry the debris to the front lawn. Please include the skip bag in the quote. It would be good if you could quote based on the photos. Thank
