Repair to framing and particle board floor in small bathroom

Urgent job due to gradual water damage. Assess and replace as necessary the floor under bath, bottom plate and some wall framing, in small bathroom, and gib in adjacent toilet room. Bath is out and job ready to go. Are you available this mon or tues? (29/04). Once the repairs are done the Installer will be able to fit out new bath/shower. Photos to come shortly
