Small building jobs

We are about to paint the inside of our house and needs some small building jobs completed prior. 1. Widen doorway to lounge. Currently has a hung door. Remove and make a wider opening (no door) and trim to match rest of the doorways. See pictures. We believe this used to be a wider opening so reinstating that. 2. Remove laundry cupboard framing ready for cabinet install 3 fix floorboards in hallway and skirting. 4. Remove draw and close off hole in wall between lounge and kitchen. Reinstate trim
