Build frame, add plaster board, stop and paint above kitchen cabinets

Please quote on building a frame, installing the plaster board, plaster/stop and painting to box out the space above the kitchen cabinets. The space is 2190mm wide / 468mm high / 720mm deep. The box is to be painted plain white satin (no tint). The effect I want is for the cabinetry to look like its inset into the wall opposed to being tacked on in front of the wall. I will be installing in wall speakers in the box so there will need to be room between the joists at each end for the 2 x in wall speakers to go. Each speaker requires a CUT-OUT DIMENSIONS of about 25.7cm x 17.9cm. Speaker size to be confirmed once I have the speakers, they come with a cut out template.
