Tree removal quote

We are looking for a few arborist quotes to remove a Kauri tree from our property in Point Chevalier. We do not believe this tree is protected / requiring resource consent - it’s not listed on our LIM or title - but open to advice. At a guess the tree is approx 10-15m tall, and located in the corner of our property. As part of quote we would also like clear breakdown on how you will approach the work to ensure that the tree is bought down safely - it is close to our house, fence, and the footpath running around our house.
