| Ross came out to view the job promptly and was friendly to talk to but took 10 days to give me a quote and then when I asked for some changes to the quote it took another week. They overlooked the fact that a cesspit was a council requirement for the work that I required, but admitted their mistake once it was pointed out. | |||||
