| -Prompt with response, turned up on time to assess the job and provided professional advice.
-Workers were considerate and professional. At times communication could have been better and some minor safety issues on site should have been addressed but overall I’m very pleased with the job.
- Cost: no complaints. I needed the job to be done quickly and to a high standard and that’s what I got. I would consider using them again.

We phoned some 5 minutes after the ad was posted - we explained gas certification requirements and what was industry standard practise to reconnect his gas hob - regardless of house being brand new with its own COC, unfortunately this would not cover the stove. Customer said he would phone the gasfitter who disconnected it, so we dropped job. We did all we could for this gentleman but could not provide the answer he wanted. | ||||
