He was quick efficient and went the extra mile to find solutions to difficult problems and to save me money. He's also saved me a lot of time and effort in dealing with a variety of tradesmen which was one of the things I was looking for. | Luke and Dan were significantly cheaper than the other quote I got for the same work. They were professional and curteous however the workmanship was average. I did say that I only wanted the work done in order to sell the property but I felt that more care could have been taken on the finish. They guys stuck to their quoted price even after I messed them around by forgetting to provide some materials. Over all they did an adequate job, were professional and prompt in their communications, stuck to their quoted fee and finished promptly. | A very professional job done by all the tradesmen involved led by Luke who co-ordinated the whole process- from the initial meeting done in a timely manner to the last part of the job. Luke also noted the other job I had listed and was able to do both jobs at the same time which was a bonus for me only having to deal with one tradesperson. | Luke did some work himself and had employees do work too. We got a few quotes and these guys were possibly the cheapest. This wasn't the main reason we chose them though. He communicated well what they intended to do and the timeline they were going to do it in. All the team were professional, courteous and friendly. The communication was excellent throughout and constantly seeked feedback to see if we were happy at each stage. The guys worked hard too.
When they were finished we had a couple of minor queries and they came back first thing the next day to resolve them.
You can't ask for much more in a builder as they care, work hard, communicate well and offer great prices.
