| Arranged for them to do work but they pulled out at the last minute. Should not have chased job if you were not willing to see it out. | This company contracts to housing New Zealand and has set rates to comply with, they then sub-contract the work out to builders/plumbers etc... at reduced rates, on inspection these rates would make it very difficult to make a profit with out a dramatic loss of quality. Sylvia Construction Ltd made it very clear from the start that we were waiting on a building consent to come through and if it did our obligation would lie with this client and we would honor it. With this being said it is unfortunate that this company have been this unprofessional and have obviously taken a negative approach in there attempt to undermine our hard earned ratings and we will be taking this matter further. | ||||
