| A simple 12m straight paling fence with trellis job was initially completed to a substandard level. Particularly the trellis that apparently a subcontractor provided , that was accepted by Keepers. After identifying the issues that needed rectifying, I was assured they would be dealt with. After 2 months and repeated "attempts", the job is still unsatisfactory with little if any improvement using weather as a constant excuse. The trellis is still horrible. Withdrew them from the job. Should have done the fence myself. Did not/will not pay full invoice. Will never use again. Do not recommend. (work carried out by an employee of the company) | (not yet commented) | ||||||||||
