| Daniel was awesome! He did the job very well and was very accomodating with my additional requests. He even gave me a 10 yr guarantee against leaks. He was also flexible with the payment. As if money is not a problem with him. The only problem is the painting job which did not match the current color of the bathroom. I understand because he is not a painter. Other than that, all the plumbing work and shower/vanity assembly was superbly done! Will defenitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumbing service. Well Done Daniel!! Good on you. | The work completed was of a very high standard, but wasn't what I asked for. Changed a few things on the job but didn't actually discuss this with me. Capped off existing pipes 10 metres from where I asked, removed old sub meter when I had expressly asked him not to as per Watercare reqirements, luckily I wasn't penalised by them and was able to find it so wasn't charged entire amount of leak which would have been considerable. (work carried out by the owner/operator) | The meter was removed and left on site as instructed for watercare to "pick up" as the new meter was installed I removed the old meter and installed a new isolation valve as quoted. The scope of works were changed and new concrete had been put around where meter was to be installed which meant more concrete demolition and work reinstating the concrete, I did not charge for this. As regards to capping of the water I was told to cap of the water where possible and had to locate the watermain first, water was capped of where it could be located and was capped near a car that was discussed with owner as being able to be moved or not there. It was found that the owner was away on holiday and the pipe had to be capped in another position. | ||||||||||
