| List of small jobs to be completed. Not all tasks requested completed and charged up exsessive hours to complete. Nice guy to deal with and work completed was of acceptable standard but just took to long, unfortunally does not quite grasp contracting charge up and industry acceptable timeframes . (work carried out by the owner/operator) | Not Great as a qualified tradesperson i am not prepared to lower quality of work to fit time frames set by someone who has either quoted far to low or doesn't have the experience to understand what is involved i would have preferred to supply full contract price unfortunately Tom wanted labour only person on hourly rate but wants to pay on per job contract where he dictates time per job I think it is he who doesn't understand the building process. We agreed on an hourly rate and i billed on hours done. Apparently I shouldn't have billed for transporting Tom, his tools and materials to the job site after his car broke down. I will not do work for this man again. Payment has still not been made although he has said numerous times that it would be paid .would be wary when contracting to this man . | ||||||||||

| Roy is fabulous to have a round - I am 32 weeks pregnant and suffering from Swine Flu, Roy was very considerate of me as I was a sleep in bed the whole time that he was here and i barely even new that he was here. I have other work that needs to be done to this house and I will only use Roy due to his professionalism and lovely character. | Phone quote for $1200 given without viewing the job but not followed through with it in writing. Winning quote was $690. | thanks for the oportunity to quote your job, I got tied up with other jobs and had busy weekend with kids sports and was unable to formerly present my quote but having given verbal quote (which i stand behind) thought if you were going to proceed with me then I would have sorted a formal contract. | ||||
