| Roger was fantastic. 10 seconds after replying to the job he called me! Came around when it suited me (sat morn) and completed the work Monday morn. Did an excellent job and was great to talk with. I will have Roger do any more plumbing I need any day. | Outstanding job thanks Rodger.
It was our 1st time using this site and we got a reply within 10minutes. Rodger was very friendly and helpful. His quote for the job was far and away the cheapest we could source. We had tried a handful in the Yellow Pages who seemed expensive.
He clearly stated the cost to us and explained it may be more if we required new taps.
After seeing the state of our old taps it was clear they needed to be replaced. We asked Rodger to quote us the price of replacement and went ahead with it as it was a very reasonable cost to us. We had the choice of a temporary fix or having the taps replaced which was great. Rodger was happy either way.
No hidden extras or charges here.
He even did an excellent job cleaning down our bench once he had finished and the taps are running just like new ones should.
I can and will strongly recommend this man to all out there.
I would rate him overall a definite 10 out of 10 and would certainly have him back at our house to do any future jobs.

Although a patch up would have worked for a while, the taps had reached their use by date It was great that you were able to see what the problem was with the taps & to be able to discuss options & costings so that you were able to make an informed decision on the spot. |
