| Initially these guys were great - and to be fair the quality of their work was good too. Unfortunately I think this job was just too big for them - and as the job progressed they became less reliable. Towards the end (partially due to my frustration at their unreliability and promises made and not kept) the relationship broke down and once the majority of the monies had been paid they disappeared from site altogether. I have been wrangling with Beni since before christmas about what is actually owed to whom (as they renegged on a verbal agreement made with their subcontractor/brother) and have finally asked the owner of the company (Jason) to step in and sort it out. He was great and very reasonable - not hot under the collar like Beni and was able to problem solve in 48 hours. Overnight acheived an agreement that 1 month of back and forth with Beni had not acheived. Unfortunately I now have jobs that are partially completed, damage done to walls not put right, and some of the work that was completed (guttering) now needs attending to again. I would highly recommend these guys for small to medium jobs - but anything like the size of the work we asked them to do seems to be beyond their capability. Such a shame as initially I was wowed with them - now really not wowed - more like shocked at how they would treat us given we have spent in the region of $40,000 with them. | Not Great Trades people beware! An absolutely disgusting review from Kate over materials that I said she could not have. Here is what really happened!1/ job completed within the given time frame 2/ Not a cent over our quote 3/ completed to a very high standard 4/ communication was even after hours 5/ Even did some free work for her. We gave Kate a very competitive price as well. Trades people will need to have her sign a contract before doing any work for her. Proud of our guys efforts-Moving on. | ||||||||||

| Beni and Sammy were accomodating in terms of coming to view job on a Saturday. They came prepared, were very pleasant, had some great ideas about how we could do the job. They took detailed measurements, drew diagrams and took photos. Their quote was detailed and again they were accomodating when we made some changes to the original plan. They are certainly easy and pleasant to work with The work was completed on time and to a very high quality. Sammi did the building work and they used a tiler and plumber subcontractors whose work was also high quality. Beni kept in contact all the way through and was very easy to deal with. We felt very comfortable with them in the house and will most definitely use them again. | All Good Graeme thanks very much for your review it was great to have completed the tricky renovation. | Beni, Sammy & Wally are very professional, showed up on time as promised. They are very friendly and have good manners. Complete the site visit efficiently. They are also very proactive with communications, got back to me with a quote in 1 day. Beni has answered all my queries regarding to the quote effectively within a short time frame, also make modifications accordingly to the project needs, hence the award of the contract. Excellent stuff, keep it up guys!

- They have always tried their best to perfect the finishing, good quality control, Appreciate it.
-Schedule-wise dragged a little longer than planned, but not a big deal on my circumstances. Something to improve in the future (which is always good!) in terms of getting everything done in one go to improve efficiency, esp. informing subcontractors exactly what to do and make sure they do it right in the first go etc.

| This project was for building a washroom area in a school classroom.
I can't commend Beni and Sammy highly enough. They have been very professional right from day one. They provided a very comprehensive quote and stuck to it. They were also flexible as we changed a couple of things along the way (surprise surprise!) but nothing was ever a problem. Great easy communication usually via texts or emails. Turned up exactly when they said they would. There was an unforeseen problem with a vinyl layer not being available, but Beni quickly got the problem sorted and found another vinyl layer. They could easily have let that become an excuse for why the job couldn't be done in time but with kids turning up to school and needing to use the classroom, they made sure the project was completed working overtime in the weekend.
The finished wash area is great and just what we were after.. thanks very much guys. No hesitation at all in using One Call for All for future building projects. You made the whole thing very stress-free and easy. (work carried out by the owner/operator) | All Good You know we really did this job for the school kids don't you!?:) We gutted the toilet/bathroom area completely & gave it a brand new look according to the architects drawings. Very nice people to work for, We were happy with the result. We just want to make the next job even better-the job site can always bring challenges & in this case we had no vynal layer turn up. The kids were due back from school holidays on the Tuesday & still no vynal on Thursday! With 3 + a public holiday to go we had to dig deep & get this done for these people. | Fast response times, excellent communication, turned up when they said they would, offered sound advice, worked out the quotation on the spot, and followed up afterward. Completed the work as scheduled, as quoted, and to a very high standard. Am very happy with the finished product and will definately be callig upon them again in the future. | My lucky find. Excellent workmanship, great attention to detail and communication. Appreciate Beni's effort for going extra mile in correcting some faults in the switchboard. Interesting conversations on various electrical theories & calculations with a bit of laughter thrown in there. The switchboard was a mess but was soon fixed up.The IP Rated down lights in the kitchen is a good idea especially when there maybe plenty of steam around. There were a few challenges we faced during the job. There was your extra chandelier light fitting that you asked me to install when I arrived which was not a problem. The range hood Flu had to be cut on an angle to suit your pitched ceiling, which was cut at metal construction & unfortunately they were very busy that day but managed to have ready eventually. The TG&V Rimu ceiling panel was damaged whilst cutting a hole for a down light but was replaced by my builder who was also on site on the day so a little bit of driving around to find a matching part. I always knew where we stood regarding quotes, likely start dates etc. Came around on a Saturday to quote which was our only availability and that, and the fact we immediately liked them, went a long way towards securing the job.
