| Ken did a fantastic job fixing my fence and was very easy to talk to. Did arrive a little late than the time scheduled but overall, I was very pleased with his workmanship and would definitely engage his services again. Very hard to pin client down to a specific time to view and made myself available to fit in and around client. Had to call in a plumber as subtrade to locate and stop leak on a temporary basis. I completed stripping wall after him the next day. Stripped wall and left open to dry out and provided a dehumidifier to help. Explained everything to client. Was then to continue and redo complete bathroom with a new vaniety and prepare and paint whole bathroom, which was in a very bad state. But due to insurance claim being turned down, client decided to do everything thing themselves to save costs. In the end a lot of time, advice, site visits & effort for such a little return and not worth it from my point of view. | ||||||||||
