| Builder provided a quote for the job without seeing the door.Quoted less than other builders that did come an look at the door, but ended up charging $300 more than these other builders. So unhappy with this situation.Made quite a mess, Didn't make any attempt to cover furnishings from dust when started cutting into plaster wall with grinder. So still getting dust out of carpet, printer etc. So won't be using again. The building work was satisfactory. (work carried out by the owner/operator) | Good cant help dust and i did vacuum no one complained we discovered a concrete floor that we had to drill through no one would of known power wires had to be diverted and rewired downstairs as well and 2 new switches which were extra as i was cheaper than others and charges $280 more for wiring which others would of i would still be cheaper than others imposible to be $300 more it actually cost me more as i had to be there 4hrs longer than quoted because of problems with power and your wall which is bent and i didnt charge for so im sorry about the dust but its a building hazzard your stuff was covered | ||||||||||

| Very quick at responding and coming to visit to see what was required.
Provided the quote quickly also, communication in general has been excellent.

| Bruce quoted almost a quarter of the price some other contractors gave us but it was the fact that he said he could get it done in a day instead of the quoted 3-4 days from other contractors that lead us to choose him for the job.
