Sand/skim lounge walls to prepare for painting

Description	We've removed the wallerpaper from our lounge walls but the GIB board underneath is not smooth enough for painting. We need someone to sand/patch/fill/smooth/skim our walls so they are paint-ready (we will paint ourselves). We tried to do this ourselves and got through about 1/5 of the walls (sand, fill, sand again) but it's been too dusty and time consuming for us so we need some pros to come in and do it right and quick! Room is 4.5 x 3.7 metres. Photos attached.
