Description	Post earthquake(s) our chimney has cracked and is now unstable. It needs to be removed, there is a flue inside it for our working pellet fire. The chimney is only cracked at the very base (and maybe inside the roof line?) the rest of it is still solidly together. I assume the roof would need to be patched to maintain water proofness until insurance fixes it properly. EQC are to be invoiced directly, as our house was assessed this weekend. Many thanks
