Description	This is a cedar house built in about 1986. The cladding is a bit run down. Need to replace a number of cracked and deteriorated weatherboards in at least 6 places and a number of corner mouldings. .Sorry that the photos are not very helpful in that they don't show the cracked timber or broken corner mouldings. However, I am willing to take more detailed photos and add them if possible. This is the first time I have used Builderscrack. LATER: I have now added 3 close up photos that may be helpful and hope that those tradesmen who have already shown an interest will look at them too.
