Description	We're ready to paint the exterior of our moved-house in Otahuhu. It's roughly 100 sqm; a simple 4 sided box of a house - 1950s weatherboard, some scraping started and nails, hooks etc removed ready for wash, bog and sand. We'll supply the paint, builders fill/bog (one colour for the house and a darker trim for soffits and baseboards). Deck and steps not to be painted. We'd prefer to deal with painter who works for self, not companies who quote and organise sub-contractors to do the job. We've already had a quote for $4000, so if you think that's too cheap give us a miss. Also, we're looking for job to start asap, and for it to progress as fast as it can weather permitting, i.e. not be fitted around other commitments. If you can't start until after the 10th Feb, earlier starts quoted will get preference. Please ask questions; link to photos can be provided to save you and us time travelling out there for the look-see. Very happy with the plumber we met through builderscrack and will keep his number for future projects - would like to be able to say the same about the painter. We have yet to plaster and paint the interior, but not ready to post that job yet, so if good working relationship formed, there could be more work later. Thanks very much.
