Description	Roof system is concrete tile. Approximately 10 lineal meters of pointing (concrete holding the hip tiles on) has deteriorated and needs to be repointed. Remove 8 window shutters and re- seal the junction between plaster finish and Aluminium joinery. An aluminum flashing needs to be fixed over the external corner and sealed to the cladding. The flashing will cover the junction between the two claddings which is currently cracked. A second aluminum flashing needs to be fixed over the external corner and sealed to the cladding. The flashing will cover the junction between the two claddings, which is currently cracked. A lead kickout flashing needs to be installed to divert water way from this junction. There are two areas of Hardiplank on the home that have cracked and require repair.
