Description	We have a 1940's house in Belmont which we are wanting to extend and modernise. We are extending our house out the back to include a new lounge, bedroom and ensuite, and large deck. We are also renovating the existing house. We are re-cladding the existing house, and putting in new windows. We are also moving the kitchen, and laundry, and adding in a bedroom. We are wanting to modernise the ceilings as well. We are moving a door a few inches in 1 room, and in another room, we are moving the door to a different wall. The plans are in council at the moment, and we would ideally like to start building as soon as we get permission.
