Description	Room 1 - Painting only - no filling /repair work required. Only the walls need painting, not the window frames /base boards or doors. The all four walls measure approximately 4x6m with two windows measuring 1.5x1m, a closet measuring 1.5x2m and a door measuring 1x2m. Room 2 - Bathroom - Ceiling only. The paint is chipping slightly (around 5% of the ceiling). The area is approximately 2x2m. We need the chipped paint removed, the affected areas filled to even out the surface and then repainted.
