Description	Probably hasn't had a lick of paint for 12 years and it shows. SO i'm looking for someone who will prepare the painted surface before painting as well. Not just paint over existing. The window cavities also need sanding and painting. As a retired painter who was taught by his father how to paint, I have a keen eye for quality and preparation.
