Description	The body corp of 7 Maurice Terrace, Te Aro requires a company to undertake some one off work followed by ongoing (i.e. a few hours every couple of months) maintainence. Initial work involves a very light waterblast of a four level building with side access via steps (see photos). Waterblast includes waterblasting the steps and a small shed behind rear of building. The second stage involves painting white strips on approx 100 concrete steps and painting the small shed (paint will be supplied). The body corp then requires the company to undertake periodic maintainence including weeding and sweeping down paths etc (some lawn mowing possible) plus managing any maintainence/working with contractors etc. Please feel free to visit the property at any time during the day (most appartment owners work in town hence are unlikely to be around).
