Description	we have a small old chip heater that needs removing from our rental property in Rotorua. It is surrounded by thick solid concrete so this would need to be removed along with the metal chimney pipe taken out which goes through the roof. You would also need to put something on the iron roof to cover the hole that you will create from taking the chimney out, and maybe a bit of gib on the ceiling to fill the hole there as well.
