Description	There is currently an elevated deck measuring approx 5m x 5m, which is showing signs of rot. It has sagged in places and has considerable 'give' when walking on it. There are 8 steps going down from the deck area to the lawn. The deck and possibly the supports require replacing. There is also a fence on two sides of the section which is virtually about to fall over, I require this replaced and on one small portion a new bit with a gate added. Im unsure of measurements but the section is ractangular and comprises 690 sqm, based on this, Im calculating approx. 50 linear meters of fencing.
