Description	I'm looking at a ballpark to convert a single garage (ground level of 2 storey house) into a bedroom to get a rough idea of the cost involved. The garage door would be replaced with a ranch slider. The existing walls on 2 sides are made of concrete so I would expect that these walls would be re-covered. The 3rd wall would need to be rebuilt with a new interior door. The 4th wall at the back would be added (the garage would be divided into 2 areas). The height is only 2m so I'm unsure if I need to have the concrete floor dug out to make a sunken floor to extend the height a bit more. The new bedroom would be about 5m X 3.8m.
