Description	I'm looking at a free ballpark to build a double garage next to the existing lounge of the house to get a rough idea of the cost involved. The existing roof of the lounge would not be affected as the roof line would continue downhill to cover the garage. It would have a concrete floor and pine weatherboard sides. I estimate the double garage would be 7m wide X 7m long with two small windows and a wide double automatic door.
