| Description | 1955 house needs some minor redecorating and her new light-fittings need an earth wire before fitting - existing light wiring is 2 wire dropped to a hanging bayonet ftting, and I can't see an earth to the original batton fixing. Switchboard is elderly, however there seems to been some earthing added previously as part of renovations. Roof-space access is reasonable although it's not lit. Looking to run earths for two bedrooms, hallway, and kitchen. |
