Description	Some of the joists under my deck are rotten and need replacing. A small step is also coming away from the join and needs refixing. The existing access to underneath the deck has been blocked so a new base door will need to be cut through existing fibro base and secured with a padlock. Approx. 3-4 joists need replacing: 150 x 50 H3+2 MSG8. Some of the planks will need refixing. A portion of the wooden base timber will need to be replaced. I would like a quote for this work please.
