| Description | Double garage in central Wellington needs repaired. Garage has flat roof which will need to be waterproofed with an appropriate sealant. Inside of garage will need several beams replaced which have rotten away. No hurry with this job so happy for tradesman to take his time and fit around other jobs. Job can be inspected anytime of the day from the road at 7 Maurice Terrace, Te Aro (Maurice Tce is a small private road off the south end of The Terrace) |
