Description	Job Extent: +Earthquake Repairs to Front Bedroom/Ensuite/Lounge: ++Straightening & unjamming bedroom/lounge door, ++Replacing ensuite louvre door (610mm) ++Crack filling ceiling wallpaper in lounge ++Making good door surrounds & wallpaper Extra Info: + Lounge door is not damaged and can be rehung, ensuite door is damaged and needs to be replaced + We have spare matching rolls of lounge wallpaper + Wall substrate for bedroom/lounge door area is matchboard Payment + Owners will pay for this work and reclaim costs later from our insurance
