Description	Skilled painter/crew required for fixed quote job. WELLINGTON EXTERIOR: A 110 sqm single level house recently re-clad in new rusticated, pre-primed weatherboard. Mostly new facings, base boards, fascia, soffit, and re-used double hung windows (and a few casement style windows). Will require preparation (sanding, filling, and priming) and painting min. 2x top coating in owner-supplied paints (unless negotiated otherwise). Corrugated iron roof will need preparation and paint. May have interior work also.
