Description	The job is at my son's house in Auckland.I live in South Island and will be responsible for [www] will need a site visit to estimate.. An internal stair from kitchen to attic is being built by Continental Stairs and will be installed by [www] need- 1an opening from kitchen to existing wardrobe where stair will be installed 2closure of entrance from wardrobe to bathroom 3Tidying up of entrance from kitchen to stairwell and bedroom to understairs,possibly moving sliding door at present between wardrobe and bathroom to kitchen/stair. 4framing or safety rail at sides of top of stairs in attic 5some extension of flooring in attic to allow for storage-mainly toward h/w cylinder' but also outside existing framing-one half door and one small door to be installed for access 6lining of attic with gib. 7Any other suggestions It would probably be best to make the opening,let the stair be installed and sealed with polyurethane and then do the rest.
