Description	An 80sq m hse in Miramar needs its roof and exterior painted. Will need scaffolding on 1 and a half sides as 2 storey, rest 1 level. Some rotten weatherboards, which I'll fix. Paint badly flaking, some moss on roof. I'll provide paint. Price please...and when it can be done. Hoping for before xmas??
