Description	There are 2 bedrooms that need the ceilings replaced with Gib board, after the Pink Batts guys dented some of the ceiling tiles, which are dangerously on the verge of falling down. There is a second hand Ranch slider downstairs in the rumpus room [we inherited when we bought the house] that is very draughty and the carpet along the edge of the tracks are always wet after a heavy downpour,which takes almost 3 days of the dehumidifier turned on 24/7 to dry the carpet. Looking at options of replacing or pulling it apart and assembling it properly.
