Description	We have a 1940's-era flat-roofed house with what looks like an old colour-steel type roof. The roof is in need of replacement. Based on past experience, we anticipate that some repair work will be required on the ceiling joists/framing. We also want the ceiling space insulated while access to it is possible. As the house has a flat roof, and therefore no access to the ceiling space, we want to get the existing electrical wiring for the lighting replaced, and additional lighting points installed. This may extend to requiring the entire house to be re-wired, and will almnost definitely require a new distribution panel, and relocation of the meters to an external wall.
