Description	3.2 x 4m room with stud height of 3 meters. The house is an old bungalow (circa [phone] . The walls are old type of plasterboard with fibres inside. We have removed the wallpaper and the wall surface is not very smooth. We need the walls to be prepared to a standard suitable for wallpapering
